Foxfire schools will have a scheduled early release today. Kindergarten through 8th grade will be released at 1:00PM and no high school PM shift. Please check with your bus garage to see if they will be running.

Good morning Foxfire Families, we are currently experiencing an internet outage which affects our phones, as well. We will be in communication as soon as internet service is restored. Messaging will be available through the app.

First plants going in our raised beds inside of the greenhouse!







Started building and filling our raised beds mixing the different topsoils we had, using a level, and using a square. Learning new skills and DIY tricks to build affordable raised beds at home. 🏠




Digging trenches to backfill with good soil before planting the crop, and teaching them to identify and remove weeds correctly from the root base. Also learned about pH and moisture meters to determine if the plants need watered or not or need nutrients.





If your student in 7th or 12th grade still needs vaccines please take advantage of the clinic Saturday as the deadline to receive them is Monday 9/9/24.


Attendance matters for your student's growth! We are so happy to see them every day because we know when they are here they are growing!
